Young Adult Assessments/Treatment
We offer 3 unique pathways for young adults from ages 18 to 25.
Uniquely Adapted For Young Adults
We specialise in young people with ADHD and/or Autism, we hold assessments uniquely adapted to their particular age group.
- Recognising symptoms in childhood. Many of our medical doctors also see children so are uniquely placed to be able to relate to your adult child’s symptoms from when they were younger.
- Well paced. Assessment held across 2 or more appointments on different days
- Dynamics. We understand that young adults can be in a transitional period between semi and full independence
- Involving You. Whilst your adult child is our focus, we strike the right balance and encourage them to involve you
- Time to think. Gap of 1 to 5 weeks (of you or your child’s choosing) before assessment concluded, allowing you both time to reflect
- Flexible. We also offer Zoom e.g. for those away at university
We proudly follow NICE and Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) guidelines.
Our 3 Pathways
We recognise no young adult is the same, we offer 3 unique pathways.
